Hello Martin,

Sounds like you have tried already changing the print cartridge, so it would be a hardware escalation: I would suggest calling into the support department for assistance @1-800-835-6100.

Hello.

from day to day thing. Using this printer for long time. I buy new cartridge recently. So IDK what's the problem... trying to print something but always print only full black. Any help please ? Thanks.
