Xerox Phaser 3315 - Port Not Connected

I have setup a Xerox Phaser 3315 which prints successfully over a network on TCP port 9100.


Everything works fine except after every print job a "Xerox Printer Status" error message is displayed on the client machine stating "The Port is not connected".


How can I stop it displaying this error message after every print job ?

Probably is the driver attempting to notify of printer status and failing due to an SNMP error on the network. If that is the case you can disable notifications in the Printer Properties here:
