Re: Xerox Phaser 3320 paper format

Hello marekzegarek.

It has been recommended by our support team that you update to the release on our website, version 53.006.01.000.  This should resolve your issue.

http://www.support.xerox.com/support/phaser-3320/downloads/enus.html

From the link above select your Operating System and Language.

Under Firmware you should see:

Phaser 3320 Firmware Release SMP5 - Version 53.006.01.000

Note: It is highly recommended to consult with your Network or System Administrator before performing any software (firmware) update. Some updates may cause the machine to become non-compliant and cease to work as intended with the environment in which it is installed.

Description: Utilize this file for upgrading firmware over the network using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS). This file contains machine firmware and release notes with installation instructions. Unzip the download before attempting to install the firmware. See the release notes for details about this firmware.

Here are the Release Notes.

I hope this helps.

Xerox Phaser 3320 paper format

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

My device is Xerox Phaser 3320. I would like to print on one device in two different paper format. First standard A4 using first tray and second unstandard format(less than A4) using bypass tray.

A4 is working ok. If I try printing in unstandard format printer, first time, always take A4, not my defined format. After that printer using correct (defined by me) paper format. But always after switch off and run again printer, first printout is in wrong format. How can I fix it?
