I've seen this issue before on the forums, your best bet is to contact stamps.com.
Jordan R on the forums managed to get this working by setting up a new queue on the computer being used.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. You do not explain what is happening when you try to print so i am not sure I can help. I would suggest that you take a look at the solution for printing to labels and see if this will help. Please give more detail if possible. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
For the life of me I can't figure out how to get my Phaser to print from Stamps.com. Can someone help me with this problem, please?
