Xerox Phaser 5500 - paper format error

What size paper are you using as you don't say.

Hi to all.

My phaser 5500 give the error state: "paper format error" during printing.

Some say it's a card sensor problem? Some advice or suggestion?

I have two printer phaser 5500 from which to take spare parts
