We have had a Xerox Phaser 6100 unused for the past few years. I've set it up for use as a backup printer but there are print quality issues - primarily a dirty vertical band (see photos). I've tried cleaning the transfer roll and also all cartridges but the problem remains. Have also done several passes of "cleaning page". Any suggestions? Do I need a new transfer roll, imaging unit etc?
