I've had this problem before. I ended up changing the developer rolls and that actually got rid of the ghost imaging. Good luck.
Hello aklapow and Ashhur,
Ghost images can be caused by 3rd party toner, so if you are not buying and using Xerox brand then you may experience issues. If you have already tried/completed each solution presented in the Knowledge Base and you are still receiving ghost images in your output, then our only suggestion is to schedule a service call with your local Xerox technician. The number to call is 1.800.835.6100 for Phaser products in the U.S. and Canada.

Our 6360 has the same problem as described by Ashhur. We have tired all the actions recommended by Trish-X as well as the replacement of the transfer roller, imagin unit, and fuser. But the problem persists. Does anyone have a suggestion as to the next actions to fix this problem?.
Both of the KB search results give these things to try.
It is but the printer ghosts images when printing test sheets directly from it as well as from other devices.
Paper is correct
Tray is loaded with correct paper.
TekColor set to Auto

Hello Asshur,
Thank you for posting on our Customer Forum! We are sorry to hear you are experiencing "ghosting" issues with your printer.
Have you tried searching the Phaser 6360 knowledge base? If you haven't, please click on the Phaser 6360 KB link and search on "ghost" or "ghosting." Review the cases and the solutions suggested - hopefully these will be of help to you.
Be sure to post back and let us know the outcome!

We have a Xerox Phaser 6360 that is Placing a Ghost image of every print a couple of inches below the original print on every page. So far we have replaced the toner, fuser, transfer roller, and imaging unit with no change.
Any help is much appreciated.
