Xerox Phaser 6510 Paper getting stuck at top rollers

Product Name: Phaser 6510

Help!

My printer WANTS to work up until it goes through its final stage of printing & the paper gets stuck at the top rollers.. is it a simple fix? Dust off? WD-40?
