You swapped the imaging Unit/drum, was just mentioning that since you already did that, the only thing left is to investigate the developer, which requires a tech (It isn't customer replaceable)

I'm a little confused by what you mean when you say "If you eliminate draum cause" can you clarify a little for me?
I understand that you have issue on Cyan. If you eliminate drum cause, it remain developer housing who may have some debris on it. In this case you need a tech to clean it or replace it.
In the future it will be better if you put an image with issues, if you can.
We have a Xerox Phaser 7100N that has 1 white/blank vertical streak. Here's what I've tried to clear it up:

I've used the small brush to clean the glass beneath the Cyan Image Unit. No change.
I've swapped the Image unit from beneath the Magenta Image Unit. No Change.
