Hello,
Thank you for picture. It is as I told you. The problem become from developer housing witch have a debris on it.
You swapped the imaging Unit/drum, gabiene was just mentioning that since you already did that, the only thing left is to investigate the developer, which requires a tech (It isn't customer replaceable)
Hey Gabidne,
Thanks for your reponse. I've attahced a photo of the Cyan printout, as you suggested.
I'm a little confused by what you mean when you say "If you eliminate draum cause" can you clarify a little for me?
Hi,
I understand that you have issue on Cyan. If you eliminate drum cause, it remain developer housing who may have some debris on it. In this case you need a tech to clean it or replace it.
Good luck.
In the future it will be better if you put an image with issues, if you can.
Hi there,
We have a Xerox Phaser 7100N that has 1 white/blank vertical streak. Here's what I've tried to clear it up:
Please forgive me if I use the wrong words or terminology to describe what I've done...
I've used the small brush to clean the glass beneath the Cyan Image Unit. No change.
I've swapped the Image unit from beneath the Magenta Image Unit. No Change.
Any suggestions?
