Hi,

Try first to print an internal page

Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button on the Control Panel until "Information" is selected on the Display Screen, and then press the [OK] button.
Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button until "Information Pages" is selected, and then press the [OK] button.
Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button until "Configuration Page" is selected, and then press the [OK] button. The Configuration Page will be printed.

If the problem remains just change the fuser.

We are using a somewhat new 7500DN (60K prints) and are finding that toner is rubbing off prints.

I thought it may be the paper, so I calibrated for paper - we're using Neenah Classic Crest Smooth Digital 80T. I calibrated for the paper - using control panel troubleshooting on the machine - which ended up choosing HEAVY PLAIN PAPER but we're still having trouble with the toner rubbing off.

For example, if we print large areas of color, then rub the area with our finger or thumb, the toner wipes off and smudges. We're not printing various tone images (like photos) we're printing vector images through Indesign which have large areas of single colors.

Any suggestions for what might fix this? We want to stick with this paper.
