Hello jessicajung.

Thank you for using the forum.

I contacted our technical support and here are their recommendations:

1) Try removing and reinstalling the Maintenance Kit again.

2) If not resolved, power the printer off for about 30 minutes or more, then turn it back on.

3) If still prints blanks, and if the Maintenance Kit is near the end of its life, replace it.

4) Still have problems, call in to our phone support welcome center at 800-835-6100 for further help.

Xerox Phaser 8560

Hello and good day!  I don't know what I did wrong!  I was having light stripes issues and i did the basic cleaning procedure.  I wiped off the maintenance kit and some residual ink that was on the metal roller accessed through the top panel.  Now the printer will not print anything at all.  There was some smudging that appeared after and I did the cleaning test for that and now that's all gone.  What did I do?
