Hello, I have a Phaser 8560DN and for some time I print and the waste tray is always empty? What should I do? The ink must be emptied somewhere? I have no error code, sometimes I can not remove the waste tray and other times it is very easy to remove but there is still empty.
Where the ink goes? Before I had to empty the waste tray frequently.
