Xerox Precise Color Management System

Product Name: VersaLink C9000 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 10
Does anyone know the difference between the Xerox Presice Color Management System and a Calibrite ColorChecker Studio? They look exactly the same. Anything special about the xerox one?
