Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try changing the setting in Adobe to print as image. If that does not work try switching drivers, if you are using PS switch to PCL if using PCL switch to PS. If you require additional support you can visit our Contact Us page for other support options.

Xerox Print Experience 4.5 Print Settings is not responding in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
When I attempt to adjust Print Settings, the Print Settings Dialog Box hangs. This only occurs when attempting to print from Adobe Acrobat Professional DC. I have no problem when printing from Microsoft Applications.
