Delete the V4 driver and the print experience app and download the Xerox Global Print Driver PCL6( unless you paid for Postscript,in that case get the GPD PS)
Dear Community and Support,
I downloaded the Windows 11 driver for our VersaLink B7030. It downloaded the Xerox Print Experience 7 app, but sometimes the app, the print queue, and the Xerox print configuration manager use a lot of RAM and CPU. after a 15-20 min constant freezing, the CPU and RAM usage go to normal. But it happens multiply on a day.
Please help me, if you have any idea.
