Hi CFMH,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. It can't be done at the device and there is no app to control it via USB, it must be connected via a network to disable it. Even if that is only a few minutes set up via crossover cable from a laptop/PC.Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox Printer Experience cannot find USB printer

Product Name: VersaLink C8000 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I am trying to disable my VersaLink C8000 automatic printing of a starter page for every job, but Xerox Printer Experience just shows a button 'Install Printers'. Xerox Smart Start cannot find my printer which is connected by USB and prints just fine (except for the start page!) Help!
