My users are experiencing slow printer selection (not even printing) in microsoft office apps when selecting xerox workcentre 7435 printers from the print dropdown in office 2010 apps.
We are using the
Xerox WorkCentre 7435 PCL6 [5.133.3.0N] Driver on a Windows 2008 R2 print server.
When i use the same driver directly from my workstation the selection happens much faster.
Ideas/Thoughts? I was told by support for a different issue that the xerox global print driver is the new way to go for print drivers, but i see differences in the features when i'm using the specific driver vs the global driver.
