Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please look at the reports and list area and see if there is an option there to turn of the banner. Unfortunately that machine is not available here in the US so I am unable to look at one. Try these steps to get to the reports and list area:
Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel. The System information screen will be displayed. NOTE The Machine Status button is located on the bottom left corner of the Control Panel.
Select the [Report / List] button.
Look for banner page.
