Xerox Standard Accounting on Mac

Thanks Joe....here's where I'm confused.  I don't see anywhere to enter the code into the driver....you can enable accounting in the driver, but then the only time or place I can see to enter the code is when you click PRINT, then the accounting window pops up...you type in the code, and hit OK and it prints.

Set the code in the driver in the usual spot, then make the preset with the 2nd dropdown, call it accounting or something to make it simple.

Thanks Joe! Can you point me in the right direction as to where to go to set a preset to automatically print against the code?

CUPS doesn't have the option, you can only set it to prompt, or in the driver create a preset with the info and invoke it on every print.

I installed print drivers for a new WC 7970, and went into CUPS --> Advanced to configure the settings for Xerox Stanard Accounting.  Unlike in Windows, I see no place to save the User ID.  I see options for prompting the user, and for masking the account ID and user ID, but where do you actually program the driver with the code, so the user doesn't need to manually enter the code every time they print something?
