According to a person high up the supply chain support group:

That sticker is used in some of the Supplies plants, it is the Manufacturing date of the toner (Not an expiration date)

So some have it and some do not. (None of mine do)

This is the small white label - all i can find on the toner box regarding dates. Both say 20160110 (presumably 10th Jan 2016) and 20160120 (20th Jan 2016).

It appears to depend on the date location. I just grabbed one from here and found the date in a few places, and there is no doubt at all that they are shipping dates since one is listed that way and they all match. So the date on these two labels is definitely a shipping date.

None of the products I looked at have a date on the physical toner itself, If they did I would assume a manufacturing date stamp.

Do you have a picture of the date you are referiing to? It would help greatly to know what I am trying to find.

I cant seem to find anyone who can tell me whether the date on the white label on Xerox 7800 toner outer box is manufacturing or expiry date? i've ordered two and they both are 10 months ago (different suppliers). i've called Xerox and they didnt know!

Anyone?
