Thank you for using the Support Forum. There is no a crash log that I can find but you can do a network trace that may help you indentify the issue. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

We have a Xerox Versalink B7030 which crashes sometimes after some printing. In this time, we cannot access to web of the machine and we should restart the machine that we can work again.
This machine has been shared between some users in a network using PaperCut.
Is there any way that we find the crush log of the Xerox Versalink B7030 to understand the crash cause?
So, any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
