Hello spsugar,
I searched the Support Page and found a list of things you can try to fix this issue.
Hello!
We've been using Xerox Versant 80 Press at our typography and recently faced a problem — while printing solid colors, especially greyscale and gradients, we faced some crisp, crumbly defects and texture. I attached some photos with examples: the first been printed in february and the second just two days ago — both on exact same paper 120gsm matt.
The first time we noticed trouble it started with error of Printing Controller, which led us to multiple printing rebooting and a defective straight line across the printing SRA3 sheet, then it was some strange text doubling and then crumbly texture appeared.
Does anyone faced similar problems with this machine and can suggest some ways to check what is going on?
Thank you!
