Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you have followed the steps in the power save set up solution.  Also if you receive an error code please make sure that you search the support pages for your machine for any code you are getting.  If this does not hlep please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox WC 5225A Power Save Mode

Hello

 

I my work i have Xerox WC 5225A connected to Pc by IP. When the printer goes into power-save mode you cannot wake it up by sending a print job to it. The print job just sits in the cue waiting for the printer. I have the new firmware. Plz help :)
