I was wondering

how long can I a secure print Job remain on the Xerox WC 5655 / 5675 memory.

I have staff who send a secure print job and have held for a week, because they work remotly, so when they come to retrive their secure prints its not there.

#1 how long does the xerox WC 5655 / 5675 retain the secure print in its memory?

#2 can I change the secure print options?

#3 under the web properties in the MFD there are no options thats indicate anything about the longtivity about the secure print.
