Hi, Gen!

Is this printer connected to the pc through a switch of some sort? if so is "Power over Ethernet" enabled on the port used?

It's usually some network problem, try connecting the printer directly to the pc if the setup ain't like that right now, or try using the USB port etc to see if the problem persists.

If it still does not work you might want to call Xerox if you do have any warranty left.

Hello

I my work i have Xerox WC 6015n connected to Pc by IP. When the printer goes into power-save mode you cannot wake it up by sending a print job to it. The print job just sits in the cue waiting for the printer. I have the firmware 01.00.25. Plz help....
