Hi stas1,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you are following the instructions for loading the paper.  Pay particular attention to making sure the paper guides are right up against your paper. When you close the tray make sure that you select the correct paper size and type and select save or select automatic detection.  If the error continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox WC 7132 Tray 1 problem

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Xerox WC 7132 Tray 1 problem.

Tray 1 is A3 format, wen i load paper it does not recognize it as A3, it shows default size.

When i print from Word, Visio it gives me error, printer is not set up correctly.

Even when i make a copy and select tray1 it also gives me error, paper jam...

On printer i see error "Error printing"

 

Please help. what should i do?
