hi,
can you try to disable the bidirectional setup? you can find it in the configuration tab of the driver properties
also , is it only happening on office applications? what happens when you try to print from adobe or notepad?
if thats working ok, can you update all hotfixes/service packs from office first?
Video link is unavailable as you left it set to private. But it doesn't matter as the fix for the issue was in my last post, if it isn't working for you, and the OS was reloaded as well, then you have come across a bug that it appears nobody else has come across as yet. You will need to call Xerox and have the 2nd level team get the Network logs from the device and send it to Engineering.
Thank you for this instruction, I follow it but thing go even worst.
I`ve allready reinstall OS, and this doesn`t help, I`ve change place where computer RJ45 connector is connected to the network to another where this printer works fine.
Still I have big delay, please see it on this video:

Any sugestions?
Reinstalling Windows will do nothing.
Either uninstall all the drivers and install only the GPD from this link and make sure you choose the "Xerox GPD PS v3.xxx.x.x.x" selection and not the "Xerox Global Print Driver PS".
Or just go ahead and disable SNMP in the port.
I`ve try with global printer driver, that download itself from internet but the error persist.
For now I leave that PC on PCL6 driver (minimum latency) and will reinstall Windows, hope this will affect the problem.
i think you are running into the snmp bug/issue
can you use the global driver instead? in the latest version, they fixed the snmp latency
Hi,
I have problem on Windows 8 Enterprise (x64bit) machine to connect to netwotk attached printer Xwrox WC7225.
When I set as default WC printer all file (specialy if they are at network device) freeze for a minute when I press ctrl+p, after printer dialog window open it takes 10 more secounds to connect to printer.
This problem appear with all type of printer drivers (PCL6 XPS etc.) I use WC72XX_PrintSetup.5.351.8.0 driver for win 8 x64 bit
If I put another network printer as default - there is no problem, same printer with same Windows work fine on another computers.
Could you please give me a clue, where could be the problem.
