To get help you need to provide a bit more.

 

1. What OS are you printing from?

2. What application?

3. What driver?

4. Is the email containing just plain text or is it in HTML?

5. If it is web based and printed from a web browser, which web browser?

6. If Thunderbird/Outlook is in use, how does those pages look in the preview?

Xerox WC 7530 printing error

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello,

 

we currently have the following problem:

When printing long emails the printer will print the first pages correctly, after of which it will reduce printing to a 4 character wide column in the middle for a few more pages and then reduces it to a 1 character wide column etc...

Can anyone help solve this?
