I would try modifying the port in the driver properties to not use SNMP, reboot and try again.
I have not used the software ever, so I cannot say if this will fix anything, but it can't hurt to try as I know it fixes similar issues with other products and software combinations.
Hi All,
I have a problem with a Xerox 6204 Wide Format printer on Windows 10 x64.
Windows 10 64bit
Intel Core i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Memory - Total 32 GB DDR4
Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB
NVIDIA Quadro K2200
NVIDIA Driver:
Version: R375 U6 (377.11) WHQL
Release Date: 2017.3.23
Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
Language: English (UK)
ODE (Optimal Driver for Enterprise)
Anti-virus: Webroot
The problem is that whenever I print from Inventor Pro 2017, the Xerox driver crashes Inventor.
The print still comes out though, strangely enough!
The log / dump files from Inventor indicate the Xerox print driver encountered an exception 0xC0000005.
I can print fine from Inventor to other printers.
I can print fine from Office to the Xerox.
Print driver is the latest Official Xerox Windows 10 x64 driver from the Xerox website.
I had to disable Windows driver signing enforcement to install the driver.
Any help would be appreciated!
