Thanks so much, we had to replace two drums (Cyan and Yellow) and now it is working perfectly.

Hi,

It is from Cyan drum cartridge. Try first to swap the drums between them and if the issue is moving to that color replace the affected drum.

Hello

We have a Xerox Work Centre 7830 (not 7830i) wherby in the past couple of days we have a 1cm Cyan coloured band appearing at the top of the page, if we photocopy in black and white, the colour of the band is grey. 

Up until this morning when I used the drum cleaning pull out we also had a large 1" band running verticaly down the middle of each page (see below images). 

Any suggestions for cleaning or replacing any parts appreciated.
