The only thing that ever caused that issue was the "Choose paper source by pdf page size" option.

Since it happens on only one PC you can eliminate the printer from the issue so load a new driver (Try the Xerox Global PS) and if that fails reload Acrobat/Reader.

Xerox Work Centre 7830 PDFs printing second page ++ as thumbnails

I've recently installed the PS driver on 7 Windows PCs and all but 1 PC are working just fine.  One of the PCs is having problems printing PDFs, where the first page prints okay, but the second page and on only print a little thumbnail of the page contents on the upper corner of the page.  We've tried a few things like unchecking "Choose paper source by PDF page size" with no success.  It doesn't seem to do it with all PDFs, only some.

Anyone else ever run into this problem?
