Have a technician do a clean alt boot software load. Dont load a clone file back on. You will have to reinput all of your network settings.

I have a WorkCentre 7830, Software Version 071.010.103.04401, Latest Patch installed, and I am still getting from PDF documents a weird error. For Example when printing page 76 of a PDF document and asking for 8 Copies, the printer then spits out 64 copies. This doesn't happen on any other of our 7830's, 7855's, and ColourCube's 9303's.
I've used the latest drivers and now running out of idea's! Any one come across this?
