Greetings,
Just wanted to follow up.
I do not manage their network or printers so I am not able to connect it to a network.
Workaround was to allow them access to a VM 8.1 Windows and use Windows Easy Print.
Thank You for Your time and effort.

Sorry, I'm out, not much to troubleshoot or change in USB, it is simply too limited in what could be changed.
Just about any Xerox device support assumes it is on a network, so all the Bi-Di stuff also won't apply to your situation.
Xerox doesn't really make single user devices, so a USB connection is pretty rare.
Greetings,
Thank You for replying.
First advice about SNMP being enabled is not working for me.
Printer is connected via USB Virtual port and I can't change anything there.
Pic: " There was an error when adjusting the port. This operation is not supported"
As You can se "Two way communication" is enabled". - Tried to disable it but same thing. When I'm on VM it instantly throws an printing error saying "Can't print".
For second suggestion advanced printing was enabled and after unticking it it was same error.
Now if you look at the next image you can see that when redirected to my VM it is enabled even tho on Users PC it is disabled ( Unticked ).
For Your question yes it fails only when redirected to VM.
Driver are the same.
There's not much I can do with redericted printers settings since everything is grayed out.
( Thought it pulls all settings from users PC )
Thank you for replying.

Does it only fail at the client or is it failing on the Client and the Server?
Because I would assume both are failing and that the reason is that SNMP is enabled on the port.
I would also, make sure that a couple of other things are disabled server side and then retry the print (make yours match mine where circled)
Greetings,
First time posting and honestly first time experience with Xerox printers.
Basically I've just added drivers to Windows 2012 R2 server and I can see printer being redirected
but as soon I try printing it throws me an error saying "Error printing".
Basically I have downloaded same drivers form Your websitte and added 32 and 64 bit drivers to my VM and sadly no prevail.
Saw some threads about Xerox not really working with RDP and that I should enable bi-direct printing but I'm unable to see those settings.
Error image:
Driver version is same but I have noticed this:
Currently logged in user via RPD ( 2012 R2 user ) has no printing rights on that printer and I can't change them
So far he has one HP and one Canon printers which work perfectly.
Any help is welcome
