Xerox WorkCentre 3655x is not printing

Hello forum

 

May you help me out, I have a Xerox WorkCentre 3655X, which is not printing.  The Jobs printing list statuses are decomposing and pending.

 

This printer is on a local network through TCP/IP Fixed IP Address, I can ping it, reach the printer out through a web browser, the printer is copying and scanning fine.  The only issue is not printing at all.

 

This is a Xerox WorkCentre 3655x

System Software Version

 072.060.034.16800

Status: Alert: Reorder Supplies  

Alerts 09-594-00 SMart Kit(TM) Drum Cartridge has reached near end of life. User intervention is required to reorder the SMart Kit(TM) Drum Cartridge; do not replace until prompted. Device services are unaffected. 

 

May you let me know how could I solve my printing problems please?

Upgrade the firmware to this one, then post back with the results. There isn't a firmware that can't print, but there were a few that would occasionally have jobs stick on decomposing, and everything would back up behind it in pending. Usually deleting the decomposing jobs would then let the pending jobs release.

I could not find that file from URL http://www.support.xerox.com/support/

I'm pretty sure you are going to want to get someone to help you with this. Just asking that question implies you are not an IT person.
