Yes, i've checked and unchecked about every box there is. Unfortunately, i may have to open a ticket with Microsoft to find out why Outlook prints differently than Word.
Linda, out curiosity, have you tried unchecking the collate option in the Outlook print dialogue box?
Regards,
Rob
Word and Excel print and staple just fine. It is Outlook email that is having the problem of everything stapling together even with collate selected.
Linda, I believe the answer to that issue is that when you print from Word or Excel, select the "collated" option before printing. That should resolve the issue of everything being stapled together.

Rob
Checked the KB site first and could not find anything that helped. i will check your other support options though. Thanks.
Hello Linda Lee.
If you have not already resolved this issue, we suggest you search our online knowledgebase for this product: WorkCentre 5765.
Alternatively, you can visit our Contact Us page for other support options.
We have many WorkCentre 5765s and they are all experiencing a problem with printing and stapling. Word and Excel print and staple fine but when a user prints multiple copies of an email and selects one staple, it staples the whole job together. Printing multiple jobs in Word or Excel and selecting one staple, each instances has its own staple. We are using the latest driver -- 5196.1200.0.0 and using 5196.1000.0.0. Same problem for both those drivers. i've seen this as a problem on this forum a number of times since 2011 but have yet to find a fix for it.
Is there a fix?
Thanks,
linda lee
