We 10+ xerox mfps. One of them will not copy or scan with the following message "Cannot Reach Accounting Server"
What is this and how can i fix?
I am able to reach the Machine Web interface.
If you can't see it and it can't see the accounting server then it would seem it isn't on the LAN.
Check that the network port is plugged in.
Check that it has the right IP address (Machine status, IPv4 is center of the screen)
Reboot the printer and see if anything gets resolved.
