My WorkCentre 6515 scan to email just stopped working for no reason.My SMTP settings appear to be correct however I am getting this Error Message 016-772:DNS server un-sets up in SMTP. My desktop is hardwired to the WorkCentre, but I have a Netgear WiFi router to connect my wife's computer across from my desk.
Connectivity Settings:
Primary Network: Ethernet
Ethernet is connected
HTTPS is set to "Off"
Proxy Server - On
LDAP - Off
SMTP - On
SMTP Settings:
mail.smtp2go.com : 587
SSL/TLS: STARTTLS
Authorization Method: SMTP Authentication
I have unplugged everything and restarted the machine and nothing is fixing the issue.
