The sensor actuator was the issue, it was stuck and I just had to use a small flat head screwdriver to free it. 

Working perfectly :)

Hi,

In the first picture I see the sensor actuator that is not in position. Try to reposition it.

We appear to have a "phantom jam" within the left hand top door (E) I've checked for any small pieces of paper however cannot see anything, plus I have used a vac to clear out the area but with no success. 

Any ideas would be appreciated.
