Hi BzzzSM,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Try using the PS driver, LPD port (No LPR byte counting), Since the job is PDF  based and you make the files, use PDF/x presets to eliminate the garbage data printers don't deal with well (transparencies and improperly embedded fonts).  If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox WorkCentre 7425 - printer busy or error

Hi,

 

I have Xerox WC 7425 installed on Windows 2008 Server R2 witch Xerox Global Print Driver PCL6. Every time i try to print file larger than few MB (for example 24MB PDF), then after spooling i get an error "Printer busy or error". Only way to print this file is to split it into parts and print only several pages at once. I have tried to install it on Windows 10, and there is no difference.

How get rid of this error and how to convince printer to print whole file at once without splitting it?
