Hello Xerox Community,

I arrived this morning to find that users are complaining about blotching on print outs.  I have included a sample print out.  Could someone please tell me what is causing the issue (see bottom or print out)?  Also, I was recently told that there is a print quality troubleshooting guide manual with samples of print out issues (repeating patterns, color issues, etc.).  Coud you please direct me to this manual.
