the first thing you can try it to install the latest firmware on the machine , fw 061.120.200.35301, it can be found on the download section...
i have also good experience with the 5.185.41 global drivers... , can you updated both machine and drivers , maybe this helps, then we can investigate further...
lots of problems are caused by drivers/fw/applications...
I have users printing through a driver installed on a Windows 2008 Server. The problem I am exeriencing is the Printer says status "Paused" when they try to print. All subsequent jobs say "Waiting for Printer". Print jobs leave the queue on the server and reside on the printer itself in this state. They have to reboot copier and then it spits out all the jobs in the queue
