Try the specific driver for the device to see if you can recreate the issue. If you can then I suggest a call into the Xerox Support Center to escalate this issue.

We recently upgraded from a 7232 to a 7556 and lost the ability to print barcodes from SAP. We were using the Global PCL v2.1 driver on the 7232 and also using the same for the 7556.
Instead of printing barcodes, it prints the numbers. Please help!
