Xerox WorkCentre M118 winXP 32 driver problem

the xml pack wont install references a: and says path too long during install. . net 4 requires sp3 wont work on an sp2 machine

The Windows 7 driver is fully compatable with Windows XP, give it a try

I tried all i find and nothing helps. i had installed all .Net from 1.0 to 4.0 and Microsoft XML 4.0 and 6.0

I am not competent enough in this field.

another possible solution for me is to migrate to Win7
on driver page (http://www.support.xerox.com/support/workcentre-m118-m118i/downloads/enus.html?operatingSystem=win7&... for win7 i could find only one driver: Windows PostScript PPD Driver Files - 32/64-bit

is it all i need for win7+office2007 to make it work?

i instaled both packs and they did not help

now i will try to check oter components on working PC and reinstal it on new system.

Have the affected XP client install either the Microsoft XML Paper Specification Essentials pack, http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=11816 , or .net frame work version 4 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17851 to correct this issue.

Hello. I have 2 PC that are connected to Xerox WorkCentre M118. When i reinstaled winXP on one of them and then installed new Xerox WorkCentre M118 PCL 6 driver it starts to print empty spaces on paper in some places. so now i have on one PC old 33.00 version that work properly and on another 33.02 that do not work.

when i print test pages driver files looks like:

33.00 - xr6carim.dll

33.02 - xr6caeim.dll

where i can find 33.00 version? or how fix this problem? this two PC should be able to operate this printer independetly. i cant use network printer option.
