Done that, Jordan. Reinstalled printer with drivers. I can now print the document on Tray 1 (letter size, normal paper) and it prints directly at the top. In Tray 2 (legal size), it drops down 2 or 3 lines.
davidtrottier,
I would blow the driver away and download the latest from Xerox.com. After you download the file right click on it and see if there in an "unblock" button - if there is select it and then continue with the installation. Update me after you get that done.
Thank you,
Jordan

Jordan -This even happens with a test page so it is not application-related.
davidtrottier,
Is this coming from a specialized application or from Word, PDF, ect? It almost sound like there is a header on the page and that is causing the issue but its really hard to tell without knowing the application your running in.
Thank you,
Jordan

I have a Workcentre 7120 (PCL6) attached to an IP address. I have downloaded the latest driver. O/S is Windows 7 Professional. The print quality is fine but the printing is beginning a few lines down the page. All settings seem normal. It is printing on legal paper from Tray 2 (of 5) and is finding the tray correctly. Any ideas?
