We are having the same issue on a 7556

already we are using New Class PLC driver from Microsoft

It does not allow changing the type of paper, it is letter size by default

any update from xerox on this?

Hello udayanraju,

I searched the knowledgebase and found this article regarding the "XPS is not enabled" error.

If this doesn't help, I would recommend contacting Support at 1-800-821-2797 for more assistance.

Xerox Workcenter 7845i drivers for ARM Processor - Surface Pro X tablet

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830i/7835i/7845i/7855i
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello,

I have Surface Pro X has ARM processor and I can't find drivers for Xerox Workcenter 7845i when adding this network printer this printer cost the company $10k, but my company purchased Brother printer for $500 and has driver for ARM processor

every time I try to print I get error message saying Error Notice: "XPS is not enabled"

I am planning to swtich all the sales person to Surface Pro X and Please advise any alternative solution or drivers available to download for ARM processor
