So you can print on the wired LAN but not on the wireless?
If so you need to bridge the networks, the printer would play no part in that.
If you cannot print from either it could be as simple as an SNMP issue. If so go to Start > Devices and printers and right-click the printer and go to Printer Properties > Ports > Configure Port and uncheck the SNMP option.
But if you can't view the printers built in webpage you are not going to be able to print at all, your IT needs to fix the network so that wired and wireless are the same, or at least bridge them.
Good day,
Having an issue here and hoping I can get a straight easy answer that will fix my problem. My work just changed routers as the last one died and was not functioning properly. Ever since we switched routers, our labtops in the building that are not hard connected to the printer cannot print. We get the offline message every time we try.
What are some solutions we can try to fix this?
Thanks!!
