Re: Xerox Workcentre 3655X is not printing because there are two deleted past print jobs

Jump to solution

Unplug the LAN cable and reboot 3x times to clear the job in queue.

Then run the Disk image Overwrite

Machine Status > Tools > Security Settings > Image Overwrite Security

Then go to Disk Overwrite Now > Overwrite Now

It will take 20-45 minutes

and plug it back in.

Xerox Workcentre 3655X is not printing because there are two deleted past print jobs

Jump to solution
Product Name: WorkCentre 3655

Hello team how are you?

My Xerox Workcentre 3655X is not printing out, after an user send two times, envelopes printing jobs from MS Word.  Those jobs remained in Job status as held, then I click on each of them and select deleted each of them; the job queue is still showing those jobs as deleted status; I have attached the picture about that below; so the printer is not letting us print out anything else.

I will appreciate your comments and advise greatly about this matter
