Xerox Workcentre 7655 - Faded Lines

You cleaned the bottom of the ros windows. Sometimes ink can get into the ros which is what it looks like. A crease wouldnt cause a wide line.

It is in any of the color printing - but not in black and white. I feel pretty confident about our cleaning of the ros - we had paper towels wrapped around a long screw driver and went in from under where the IBT belt assembly is. Coincidentally, when we pulled out our IBT belt assembly it did look like that had a mark running down it... almost like a crease line. Could that be what is causing it?

What color is it in? Print a black, cyan, magenta, red, green and yellow half tone. It looks like a ros line. How did you clean the ros? Its not an easy thing to do. Most likely its the ros windows that need to be cleaned.

With our Workcentre 7655 we are getting 2 large feded lines through all of our pages printed in color. I have tried replacing the color drum catridges with no success. I've also tried cleansing the ROS and that has not helped. Would this be fixed by the IBT belt? Or are there any other suggestions anyone would have to fix this?
