booklet and fold & staple is limited to 20 pieces of paper or something like that

Yes, I am specifically asking it to fold and staple, just as it looks in the screenshot you included. I've contacted our computer support to ask that they reinstall the print driver to see if that fixes it.

Are you specifically asking it to fold and staple?

If you are and it isn't, will it do so as a copy onto the same media? Because if it will, you need to reinstall your print driver, and if it won't ,the issue is hardware or stock related.

I have chosen the settings for booklet creation, but when I print it's not folding and stapling the pages. These are settings that I have used before and they worked just fine. Any suggestions?
