You'll need to do a NVM reset, though I do not know the exact code that should be entered.
Xerox would probably send an engineer for this cause it could be a hardware issue too.

We hawe xerox dc5252, and they refer 10-367 error (heat roll overheat fail).
These message is first on start and these no way that roller is overheat.
Did anibody know how to reset these error?
